High-Power Resistors

Bourns High-Power Resistors offer a broad range of PWR-series high-power thick film resistors with standard packages. The high-power resistors are available in surface mounted TO-163 and TO-263 (DPAK and D2PAK) and radial leaded through-hole TO-220 and TO-247 packages. These compact packages are used as a standard and offer space saving to thermal and mounting devices. Features include a high power rating, low inductance, and resistors when the heatsink is mounted. Bourns High-Power Resistors are ideal for test and measurement, power supplies, motor drives, rectifiers, capacitor discharging, snubber circuits, current limiting, and heater.
