EVALMASTERGAN4 Evaluation Board

STMicroelectronics EVALMASTERGAN4 Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the MASTERGAN GaN Half-Bridge High Voltage Driver. The MASTERGAN4 is an advanced power system-in-package integrating a gate driver and two enhancement-mode GaN power transistors. The integrated power GaNs feature an R_DS(ON) of 225mΩ and 650V drain-source breakdown voltage. The integrated bootstrap diode can quickly supply the high side of the embedded gate driver.
