RFFE & SPI Control ICs

STMicroelectronics RFFE & SPI Control ICs feature a controller series (STHVDAC) designed to control and meet wide tuning bias voltage requirements. The STHVDAC is a high voltage digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The series provides three independent high-voltage outputs to control three different capacitances. It's fully controlled through an RFFE (RF front-end) serial interface.
