TPS54335AEVM-010 & TPS54336AEVM-010 EVMs

Texas Instruments TPS54335AEVM-010 and TPS54336AEVM-010 Evaluation Modules (EVMs) facilitate the evaluation of the TPS54335A or TPS54336A. The TPS54335A / TPS54336A are 28V, 3A, synchronous monolithic buck converters with integrated MOSFETs. Each of these regulators enables small designs by integrating the MOSFETs and implementing current mode control to reduce external component count. The evaluation modules are designed to demonstrate the small printed-circuit-board areas that may be achieved when designing with the TPS54336A or TPS54336A regulators. The switching frequency is internally set at a nominal 340kHz. The high-side and low-side MOSFETs are incorporated inside each package along with the gate-drive circuitry. The low drain-to-source on-resistance of the MOSFETs allows each device to achieve high efficiencies and helps keep the junction temperature low at high output currents. The absolute maximum input voltage for either evaluation module is 30V.
