Antennas

KYOCERA AVX Antennas are designed for a wide array of applications. The product offering includes embedded, internal, external, and outdoor antennas for use worldwide. The KYOCERA AVX Antenna Selection Guide can help users select the ideal antenna for their application. Typical applications for KYOCERA AVX Antennas include the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, smart homes, cellular, fleet and asset tracking, and much more.

Wi-Fi® Antennas

KYOCERA AVX Wi-Fi® Antennas range from ultra-small chips to stamped metal to flexible FPCs with on-metal solutions to fit devices with limited space. External antennas designed for Wi-Fi applications are ideal for gateways and EVKs for indoor and outdoor environments. KYOCERA AVX Wi-Fi Antennas cover the Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 6E/7 bands.

BLUETOOTH® Antennas

KYOCERA AVX BLUETOOTH® Antennas feature laser direct structuring (LDS) technology, which is crucial for devices with curved surfaces where no antenna can be placed. The stamped metal, ultra-small chip, and FR4 antennas have a small form factor, making them ideal for IoT devices, including home automation, tracking, sensors, and wearables. FPC antennas are suitable for applications where there is limited space on the board. Additionally, the external Bluetooth antennas are designed for use in gateways and EVKs.

2.4GHz & V2X/DSRC Antennas

KYOCERA AVX 2.4GHz and V2X/DSRC Antennas are designed for various applications and are available in multiple designs, including chip, embedded, flat, and stamped. These antennas utilize isolated magnetic dipole (IMD) technology to deliver a unique size and performance combination. Typical applications for KYOCERA AVX 2.4GHz and V2X/DSRC Antennas include consumer, industrial, medical, and automotive applications that use standards such as BLUETOOTH®, ISM, Zigbee®, V2X, and DSRC.

Solutions for Automotive Safety Electronics

KYOCERA AVX Solutions for Automotive Safety Electronics feature robust products that fit strict design constraints. These products help solve common issues with communication, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and power quality. KYOCERA AVX Solutions for Automotive Safety Electronics cover 10 categories: Battery and System Power Supply, Battery Input Protection, Clock, Diagnostics and Monitoring, Digital Processing, Memory, Processor Power Supply, Radar Transceiver, RF Power Supply, and Vehicle Interface. These products balance high performance and reliability while being able to withstand harsh environments.

IoT / ISM Antennas

KYOCERA AVX IoT / ISM Antennas work on 868MHz, 915MHz, and 2.45GHz, with many options available. The antennas are designed using isolated magnetic dipole (IMD) technology, which reduces the keep-out area requirement around the antenna. KYOCERA AVX IoT / ISM Antennas can be used for various applications, including consumer, industrial, medical, and automotive, using ISM, LoRa, and Zigbee® standards.

GPS Antennas

KYOCERA AVX offers a wide portfolio of Antennas for Global Satellite Positioning Systems tailored to a wide range of applications. For high-precision positioning and directional performance, KYOCERA AVX provides patches and external antennas that ensure strong signal reception and reliability. For compact and low-power IoT devices, smaller form factors are proposed, such as ultra-small chips and FR4 antennas. They are ideal for space-constrained designs where size and integration are key.Whether the need is for robust performance navigation or efficient solutions for connected devices, KYOCERA AVX has the ideal antenna for any project.
