DT022CTFT 2.2" TFT LCD Display Module

Displaytech DT022CTFT 2.2” TFT LCD display Module is a 2.2” active matrix TFT module with 240(RGB) x 320 resolution. This LCD module is designed to fit 1U rack-mount equipment and offers a 33.84mm x 45.12mm active viewing area. The DT022CTFT module employs an a-Si (amorphous silicon) based TFT LCD that uses Ilitek ILI9341 as a chip driver. This display module features a response time of 10ms and provides 262K full-color display mode. Applications include mobile navigators, video systems, and digital equipment with a color display requirement.
