These MCUs are built using single Arm® Cortex®-M4F and dual Cortex-M7F and have an enhanced performance of 1500DMIPS in the TRAVEO T2G Arm family. CYT4DN TRAVEO™ T2G 32-Bit Automotive MCUs

Infineon Technologies  CYT4DN TRAVEO™ T2G 32-Bit Automotive MCUs are designed for automotive systems like instrument clusters and Head-Up Displays (HUD). The Infineon Technologies  CYT4DN MCUs feature a 2D graphics engine, sound processing, two ARM® Cortex®-M7 CPUs for primary tasks and an Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security functions. These devices support CAN FD, LIN, CXPI and Gigabit Ethernet, and are built using a 40nm process. CYT4DN includes low-power flash memory and high-performance analogue/digital peripherals and enables secure computing.
