These v4 processors can deliver 1.8x more graphics performance than the previous generation when used with Intel Iris™ Pro Graphics-P6300. The E3-1200 v4 consist of a two-chip platform which includes a processor and a Platform Controller Hub (PCH). These processors are designed to be used with the IntelC226 series chipset family PCH. The E3-1200 v4 Xeon processors support DDR3L, Direct Media Interface (DMI), Digital Display Interface (DDI), and PCIe 3.0 interface ports. Features include 64-bit quad-core processor, 32GB of memory, Intel Hyper-Threading (HT) technology, and Intel Virtualization (VT) technology. These Xeon processors are suitable to use in 3D applications like CAD, LAN, and WAN.
