Low Power Polypropylene Capacitors

KEMET Low Power Polypropylene Capacitors feature a 100pF to 22µF capacitance range, 900VAC maximum voltage rating, and tolerance from 0% to 20%. KEMET Low Power Polypropylene Capacitors are ideal for deflection circuits in TV sets and high voltage and current designs. These capacitors include the following series: A70, A72, F461-F464, PHE450, PFR, R71, R73, R74, R75, and R76.

R75H AEC-Q200 Film Capacitors

KEMET R75H AEC-Q200 Film Capacitors are constructed of metallized polypropylene film with radial leads of tinned wire. The radial leads are electrically welded to the metal layer on the ends of the capacitor winding. These capacitors are encapsulated in a self-extinguishing, solvent-resistant plastic case with a thermosetting resin material that meets UL 94V-0 requirements. KEMET R75H AEC-Q200 Capacitors use two different winding constructions depending on voltage parameters and lead spacing. These automotive-grade devices meet AEC–Q200 qualification requirements.

AEC-Q200 Qualified Film Capacitors

KEMET AEC-Q200 Qualified Film Capacitors feature capacitance values ranging from 10pF to 210µF with 2% to 20% tolerances. These automotive-qualified capacitors offer a low ESR (1.4mΩ to 1kΩ ESR range), resulting in a high ripple current rating without sacrificing capacitance. The components also exhibit high 30VAC to 700VAC / 50VDC to 2kVDC voltage ratings.

DC-Link Film Capacitors

KEMET DC-Link Film Capacitors act as an intermediary DC smoothing stage between AC stages. The intermediate DC step allows noise-reduced power transfer when converting between AC sources of different power, frequency, or voltage conditions. DC-link capacitors frequently experience high slew rates that can be detrimental if a suitably robust capacitor is not selected. These capacitors from KEMET are often found in power inverters, high-power charging circuits, and motor drives. Capacitor technologies are sometimes mixed in DC-link applications to target transients and noise that potentially need multiple stages of filtering.
