AQ24COM & AQ27COM TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse AQ24COM and AQ27COM TVS Diode Arrays are bidirectional arrays constructed with proprietary silicon avalanche technology. AQ34COM and AQ27COM arrays provide high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection levels for electronic equipment. These arrays are capable of safely absorbing repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV without any performance degradation and can safely dissipate a 4A or 5A 8/20µs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition. Littelfuse AQ24COM and AQ27COM TVS Diode Arrays are suitable for factory automation, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) control units, electronic control units, and automotive applications.

Automotive TVS Diodes
