P-1S-LRP SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse P-1S-LRP Fixed Voltage DO-214 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors are uni-directional components designed to protect Subscriber Line Interface Circuits (SLICs) from damaging overvoltage transients. The P-1S-LRP Series from Littelfuse provides single line protection using a fixed voltage switching component for negative surges. All positive surges are routed through an internal diode to a ground reference. The thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, a low on-state voltage, and does not degrade surge capability after multiple surge events within limit. The components are lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.

SLIC SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse SLIC SIDACtor^® Protection Thyristors focus on addressing the unique protection needs of SLIC (Subscriber Line Interface Circuit) chipsets. The components offer fixed voltage and Battrax® battery tracking protection solutions capable of protecting SLIC devices from transients caused by lightning and AC power cross.
