SL1010A Three Terminal GDTs

Littelfuse SL1010A Three Terminal Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs) are compact, three-terminal surface mount components just 5mm in diameter. The series of devices features high energy withstanding in a small body and low arc voltage. SL1010A is rated for 10 hits (±5 repetitions) of a 5kA 8/20 surge event with a low off-state capacitance of 1.5pF. Its low arc voltage parameter of 10V reduces thermal accumulation during long-term power fault events. These GDTs are designed for use in a variety of applications, including data lines, broadband equipment, xDSL equipment, Power over Ethernet, and more.
