Deep Snap-Back ESD Protection Diodes

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Deep-Snap Back ESD Protection Diodes are designed to deliver excellent protection for high-speed interfaces. These diodes feature 0.5pF typical ultra-low capacitance, 200nA low leakage current, 26V reverse breakdown voltage, and low clamping voltage. The deep-snap diodes comply with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), IEC 6100-4-2 (ESD immunity), and IEC 6100-4-5 (lighting) standards. These diodes operate at 24V reverse voltage and -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
