UMH13NHE3 Dual NPN Digital Transistor

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) UMH13NHE3 Dual NPN Digital Transistor operates from -5V to 30V input voltage range and is AEC-Q101 qualified in a SOT-363 package. This dual NPN digital transistor enables the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The UMH13NHE3 Dual NPN digital transistor features an 833°C/W junction to ambient thermal resistance, 150mW power dissipation, and 250MHz transition frequency. This digital transistor features a 100mA output current, 150°C junction temperature, and -55°C to 150°C storage temperature range. The UMH13NHE3 Dual NPN digital transistor complies with RoHS, Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1, and epoxy meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating standards. This digital transistor includes a Lead-free finish and is a Halogen-free Green device.
