Mini-Circuits BFCQ LTCC Bandpass Filters achieve repeatable performance on a lot-to-lot basis up to mmWave frequencies by utilizing a proprietary LTCC material system and a distributed filter topology. These innovative, industry-leading devices handle up to 1W RF input power. The 2.5mm x 2mm package features a surface-mountable pick-and-place standard case style and enables the high layout density of circuit boards while minimizing the effects of parasitics. Other features include a wide rejection band, high-quality distributed filter topology, and low insertion loss - mid-band 1.2dB to 2.5dB typical. Mini-Circuits BFCQ LTCC Bandpass Filters are ideally used in 5G and satellite telecommunications.

BFCN LTCC Bandpass Filters

Mini-Circuits BFCN LTCC Bandpass Filters are constructed using multilayer ceramic technology to achieve a miniature size and high repeatability. Wrap-around terminations minimize variations in performance due to parasitics. Mini-Circuits BFCN LTCC Bandpass Filters offer low insertion loss and good rejection at the band-reject edges. The LTCC construction provides a rugged package for tough environments, including high humidity and high-temperature extremes.
