The devices offer an extremely high dynamic range over a broad frequency range and with excellent gain flatness. The 50Ω PHA has excellent input and output return loss over a wide frequency range. Mini-Circuits PHA Monolithic and MMIC Amplifiers offer very good thermal performance. Typical applications include Wi-Fi®, WLAN, LTE, WiMAX, and S-band radar.
