Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP5475 Power Management Integrated Circuits are complete PMICs that integrate four high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converters and a flexible logic interface. These PMICs feature adaptive Constant-On-Time (COT) control for ultra-fast transient response, 500kHz to 2MHz switching frequency, and pre-biased start-up. The MP5475 PMICs support Multiple-Time Programmable (MTP) memory function, selectable Pulse-Frequency Modulation (PFM)/Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) mode, and current limit via the I²C.
