BASxLS General Purpose Schottky Diodes

Nexperia BASxLS General Purpose Schottky Diodes feature high switching speed, high breakdown voltage, low leakage current, and low capacitance. These diodes are available in leadless ultra small DFN1006BD-2 SMD packages with side-wettable flanks. The BASxLS Schottky diodes operate from -55°C to 150°C ambient temperature range and are used in applications such as high-speed switching and voltage clamping.

PMEG Schottky Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEG Schottky Rectifiers are planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) devices with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. These Schottky rectifiers are available in a compact surface-mount package (DFN, SOD, and DSN).
