SN-GCJA5 Laser Particulate Matter Sensors

Panasonic SN-GCJA5 Laser Particulate Matter (PM) Sensors are comprised of an on-board microprocessor, micro-fan, laser diode (LD), and photodiode (PD). The LD emits light into the detection area and the PD receives the light and detects the floating particles in the air. These sensor fans operate based on the amount of dust particles surrounding the LD, thus extending the lifespan of the sensors. The SN-GCJA5 sensors are high-accuracy, high-sensitivity, and provide a quick response. The performance is maintained by a unique auto-calibration function. These air quality sensors minimise dust accumulation by means of an optimised air pathway structure, making it possible to avoid tracking for electrical safety. Typical applications include air purifiers, fans, and air conditioners.
