Renesas Electronics F29xx SP2T RF Switches deliver high linearity and high isolation performance. A 50Ω termination is automatically applied to unused RF input ports. F29xx RF Switches support 1.8V and 3.3V control logic The F2923 SP2T RF Switch also includes Constant Impedance Technology (Kz) that reduces phase and amplitude variations in distribution networks.
