STMicroelectronics M1F80M12W2-1LA ACEPACK DMT-32 SiC Power Module features four-pack topology, a blocking voltage of 1200V, and a low static drain-source on-resistance of 78mΩ R_DS(on). The ACEPACK DMT-32 design provides an all-in-one solution with higher power density and efficiency. Special grooves on the module help improve creepage distance, while the Aluminum Nitride (AIN) insulated substrate provides enhanced thermal performance. Additional features include an integrated NTC sensor, SiC Gen2 power switch, 175°C maximum junction temperature, and automotive grade AQG-324 qualification. The M1F80M12W2-1LA Power Module is ideal for On-Board Chargers (OBCs) and auxiliary DC-DC converters in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs).
