PowerFLAT is a step further in power density for 30V and 45V bypass diodes designed for solar panel junction boxes.  

Power Schottky Medium VF & IR Diodes

STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Medium VF and IR Diodes are the intermediate trade-off between forward voltage drop and leakage current. The diodes cover voltage ratings from 60V up to 200V. These STMicroelectronics power Schottky diodes are dedicated to high-power density applications. These applications include semi-slim or slim-type notebook adapters, telecom, or desktop switch-mode power supplies (SMPS).
