Precision Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers

An innovative 16V CMOS manufacturing process delivers reduced power consumption and class-leading accuracy with long term stability, and enables reduced PCB area by allowing the use of small surface-mount packages. Automotive Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Automotive Op Amps are used for a variety of industrial and automotive applications. The op-amps support temperature ranges that can go up to 150°C. These automotive grade operational amplifiers offer AECQ100 and Q101 compliance, TS-16949 certification, and PPAP availability.

TSX92 Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSX92 Operational Amplifiers feature a rail-to-rail input and output capability that operates on a wide supply voltage range of 4V to 16V. These devices offer excellent AC characteristics with 10MHz or 16MHz gain bandwidth, 17V/μs or 27V/μs slew rate, and low 2.8mA typ. power consumption per amplifier at 16V. Other features include low 10pA typ. input bias current and -40°C to +125°C temperature range. STMicroelectronics TSX92 Operational Amplifiers are automotive qualified and ideally suited for use in communications, process control, active filtering, and test equipment.
