Precision Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. Automotive Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Automotive Op Amps are used for a variety of industrial and automotive applications. The op-amps support temperature ranges that can go up to 150°C. These automotive grade operational amplifiers offer AECQ100 and Q101 compliance, TS-16949 certification, and PPAP availability.

Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers

TSZ121, TSZ122, & TSZ124 Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSZ121, TSZ122, and TSZ124 Operational Amplifiers Operational Amplifiers offer very low input offset voltages with virtually zero drift. The TSZ121 is the single version, TSZ122 the dual version, and TSZ124 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSZ121, TSZ122, and TSZ124 Op Amps offer rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed to power consumption ratio, and 400kHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40μA at 5V. These devices also feature an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the TSZ121, TSZ122, and TSZ124 ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications, and portable applications.
