RayBraid™ Braided Cables

TE Connectivity's / Raychem RayBraid™ Braided Cables provide high-performance metallic oversleeves with good EMI shielding and lightning protection. These braided cables oversleeves are compatible with CRES-Lock™ band strap and Tinel-Lock™ backshell termination systems. The RayBraid braided cables include the traditional RayBraid tubular former core to aid easy installation onto wire bundles. These braided cables are available in Ray-90 or Ray-10X, offering different styles based on optical coverage and plating options. The RayBraid cables offer tin-plated copper strands for Ray-90 and Ray-101, and nickel-plated copper strands for Ray-103, improving storage life and temperature rating up to 200°C.
