Taiwan Semiconductors PU3 Ultra-Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers have a forward current of 3A and are available in DO-214AA (SMB), DO-214AB (SMC), DO-214AC, or SOD-128 package styles. These devices are ideal for high-frequency switching, DC/DC, and snubber applications.
