Tektronix TBS1000C Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are designed for educational institutions, embedded design engineers, and maker communities. The oscilloscopes feature a 7" WVGA color display, a 1GS/s sample rate, and bandwidths from 50MHz to 200MHz.
