CD74AC05 Hex Inverters

Texas Instruments CD74AC05 Hex Inverters include open-drain outputs that can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-high wired-AND or active-low wired-OR functions. These inverters feature SCR-latch-up-resistant CMOS process and circuit design. The CD74AC05 hex inverters exceed 2kV ESD protection per MIL-STD-883, method 3015.
