LMG3650EVM Daughter Card Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments LMG3650EVM Daughter Card Evaluation Modules support two LMG3650R025 650V GaN FETs with an integrated driver and protection in a half-bridge configuration with all the required bias circuits and logic/power level shifting. The device provides essential power stage and gate-driving, with high-frequency current loops fully enclosed on the board to minimize power loop parasitic inductance. The TI LMG3650EVM is designed for a socket-style external connection that easily interfaces with external power stages to run the LMG3650R025 in various applications.
