MCF8316AEVM Driver Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments MCF8316AEVM Driver Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed to help engineers develop, implement and validate reference hardware for the MCF8316A. The MCF8316A is three half-H-bridge integrated MOSFET driver for sensorless FOC control of a three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor for 4.5V to 35V, 8A peak current drive. The MCF8316A integrates a buck regulator that can support 200mA with a programmable regulated supply. The evaluation module includes an onboard MSP430 MCU (MSP430FR2355), which is used to interface with the MCF8316AEVM Graphical User Interface (GUI).
