Low-temperature drift (10ppm/°C) and long-term drift (20ppm at 1000hrs) ensure system stability and reliability. The low power consumption combined with high precision specifications recommend the REF35/REF35-Q1 components for various portable and low-current applications. The REF35-Q1 voltage references are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
