Texas Instruments SN74AC04/SN74AC04-Q1 Hex Inverters contain six independent inverters. These devices are available in SOIC-14, SOP-14, SSOP-14, TSSOP-14, and WQFN-14 packages and perform the Boolean function Y = A. The SN74AC04-EP devices have gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55 to +105°C, and an SnPb lead finish. The Texas Instruments SN74AC04-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
