TLV707/TLV707P LDO Regulators

Texas Instruments TLV707/TLV707P 200mA Low-Iq Low-Noise Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are ideal for portable devices, handheld, and power-sensitive applications. The device offers low quiescent current with exceptional line and load transient performance. The Texas Instruments TLV707 and TLV707P provide safety features, including thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection. Additionally, stability is achieved with an effective output capacitance of 0.1µF and a typical accuracy of 0.5% with no output load. The output capacitance enables the use of cost-effective capacitors that have higher bias voltages and temperature derating. The outputs are quickly discharged via an active pulldown circuit.
