TMUX541x 4-Channel (SPST) Switches

Texas Instruments TMUX541x 4-Channel (SPST) Switches are general-purpose, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) switch devices with four independently selectable 1:1, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch channels. The devices work with dual supplies (±4.5V to ±25V), a single supply (4.5V to 50V), or asymmetric supplies (such as V_DD = 37.5V, V_SS = –12.5V). The TMUX541x supports bidirectional analog and digital signals on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins ranging from V_SS to V_DD.
