Texas Instruments TPUL2T223/-Q1 Monostable Multivibrators comprise two independent, RC-configurable non-retriggerable monostable multivibrators developed for 1.5V to 5.5V operation. The output pulse duration is set by selecting external resistance and capacitance values, with an approximate output pulse width of two x R x C.
