High-Temperature Products

Vishay offers high-temperature resistors, capacitors, inductors, and semiconductors. In oil and gas drilling, the instrumentation is exposed to harsh environments, including extreme temperatures, pressure, moisture, shock, and vibration. Vishay Tantalum Capacitors offer surface-mount and through-hole tantalum capacitors for use in automotive, military, portable consumer, medical, and many other applications.

TH Series Surface Mount Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague TH Series Surface Mount Capacitors feature an operating temperature up to 150°C with 50% voltage derating and high reliability and are 100% surge current tested. RoHS compliant terminations are available, along with standard case sizes.  RoHS compliant terminations are available, along with standard EIA 535BAAC case sizes. The Vishay / Sprague Solid Tantalum Surface Mount Capacitors TH Series can be used in automotive, industrial, and oil/petroleum applications.
