Han® Q2/0 Connectors

HARTING Han® Q2/0 Connectors are offered in a male or female gender with two combinations of contacts: 2/0 or 2/0 high voltage. These 3A size connectors have an axial screw termination and withstand ≥500 mating cycles. Other features include 40A rated current and 400V or 830V rated voltage. HARTING Han® Q2/0 Connectors operate in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.

Han-Modular® Inserts & Contacts

HARTING Han-Modular® product line features a range of modular inserts that enable the simple assembly of custom-designed connectors. Multiple termination styles, including IDC, screw, and crimp, are available. The HARTING Han-Modular guards are available in multi-color options for quick and easy visual identification of the connection. This helps to reduce the risk of mismating in the field.

Han-Modular® Connector System

HARTING Han-Modular® Heavy-Duty Connector System is designed to provide users with a very high degree of connectivity and manufacturing flexibility. Han-Modular connectors can combine electrical, optical, and gaseous signal and power connections in one easy assembly. Basic modules snap into the mounting frame and can be exchanged separately anytime. Combinations of 1 to 12 modules are possible, depending on the size of the hood and housing chosen. Han-Modular consists of more than 40 module types and can connect to currents from 5A up to 200A, voltages from 50V to 5000V, pneumatic tubes from 1.6mm up to 10mm inner diameter, sensitive bus signals, and fiber-optic signals in both POF. and glass fiber cables. Han-Modular offers a range of basic modules developed to meet the vast majority of user application requirements. This product offering allows users to choose the hoods and housings, inserts, and accessories that best meet design requirements.

Han® Q Connectors

HARTING Han® Q Connectors expands the portfolio of the Han 3A size range. An area measuring 42mm² is enough room for three power contacts and the protective earth contact, or four power contacts. Both connectors are used in industrial environments and are ideally suited to the needs of the semiconductor industry. The Han Q 3/0 with protective earth contact is designed for 3-phase earthed networks and is used in three-phase motors. It can fit all housings in the 3A size, i.e., all plastic and metal varieties, EMC, and also the extremely robust HPR and stainless steel housings. The Han Q 4/0 comes with four power contacts and is used to enable equipment such as ventilators, fans, or extraction units to be connected. The Han Q 4/0 is the ideal solution to reduce costs because two of the components can be connected with one connector. The connector is also ideally suited for DC applications. However, in this case, it can only be used in 3A-size plastic housings.
