D/A Converters

ROHM Semiconductor D/A Converters are 8-bit and 10-bit R-2R-type D/A converters with 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 channels. These D/A converters feature a 3-wire serial interface and a power supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V or 4.5V to 5.5V. The built-in RESET terminal or initial zero-hold function ensures the output voltage at all channels is low during power-up. ROHM Semiconductor D/A Converters have a temperature range of -20°C/-30°C to +85°C.
