STMicroelectronics TSV61x, TSV629x, and TSV639x CMOS op amps offer rail-to-rail input / output, low supply voltage, low power consumption, and other high-performance features. The STMicroelectronics TSV61x CMOS op amp has a gain bandwidth product of 120 kHz while consuming only 10µA at 5V. The TSV61x also features ultra-low input bias and low input offset voltage, making it ideal for sensor interfaces, and battery supplied and portable applications as well as active filtering.
