Diodes Inc. US1xWF Surface Mount Ultra-fast Rectifiers are packaged in a low-profile and small form factor SOD123F package. These rectifiers are enhanced with ultra-fast recovery times for high efficiencies and are suited as boost diodes in power-factor correction circuitry. The US1xWF surface mount rectifiers offer low leakage current, low forward voltage, and low power losses. These rectifiers are ideal for secondary rectification and freewheeling for ultra-fast switching speed AC-AC / DC-DC conversions in high-temperature conditions.
