ZXF90 Coaxial X2 & X3 Frequency Multipliers

Mini-Circuits ZXF90 Coaxial X3 Frequency Multipliers cover a wide output range suitable for a variety of broadband systems. These frequency multipliers are RoHS compliant and feature good fundamental and harmonic suppression. The series also offers low conversion loss with an overall range from 15dB to 23dB (typical), except for ZXF90A-3-34X+, which provides an excellent conversion gain of -5dB (typical). The ZXF90 modules are housed in a rugged and small form factor designed to save space in crowded layouts. Mini-Circuits ZXF90 Coaxial X3 Frequency Multipliers are ideal for a broad range of applications, including satellite communications, test and measurement equipment, defense radar and communications, 5G mmW, and 5G MIMO.
