NL27WZ07 Open Drain Dual Buffer

onsemi NL27WZ07 Open Drain Dual Buffer is a high-performance dual buffer with open drain outputs operating from a 1.65V to 5.5V supply. The internal circuit comprises multiple stages, including an open drain output, which provides the capability to set the output switching level. This feature allows the onsemi NL27WZ07 to interface two circuits to circuits of any voltage between VCC and 7V using an external resistor and power supply. This product is for general use and is suitable for many different applications.
