PESD1CANFD ESD Protection Diodes
Nexperia PESD1CANFD ESD Protection Diodes are designed to protect automotive in-vehicle network bus lines from the damage caused by ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) and other transients. These diodes feature a 24V to 36V reverse stand-off voltage range, 34V to 42V typical at Ipp = 1A low clamping voltage range, and a 9.8pF to 11pF low capacitance range. The PESD1CANFD ESD diodes come in leadless ultra-small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD)/DFN1006-2 (SOD882) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic packages. These protection diodes are AEC-Q101 automotive-qualified. Typical applications include CAN/CAN-FD, FlexRay, and SENT.
