NovaSensor® NPR-101 Harsh Media Pressure Sensor

Amphenol Advanced Sensors NovaSensor® NPR-101 Harsh Media Pressure Sensor is a silicon-based MEMS device that uses "backside absolute pressure" technology designed for harsh media exposure. This technology eliminates the direct contact of the sensing circuitry with the applied media. The NPR-101 is coupled with an ASIC to deliver a ratiometric output proportional to the applied pressure. The sensor includes integrated diagnostics.
