IXYS CLA120E1200HB Thyristor is a high-efficiency single thyristor with a voltage rating of 1200V and a rated current of 120A. This thyristor features long-term stability, a planar passivated chip, and comes in an industry-standard TO-247 package. The CLA120E1200HB single thyristor is used in soft start AC motor control, DC motor control, power converter, AC power control, and lighting and temperature control applications.
