VSMA1085/VSMA1094 Infrared Emitting Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors VSMA1085/VSMA1094 Infrared Emitting Diodes are a part of the SurfLightTM portfolio. These IR diodes are infrared 850nm (VSMA1085) or 940nm (VSMA1094) emitting diodes. The Vishay Semiconductors VSMA1085/VSMA1094 features a double-stack emitter chip for high radiant power. The 42mil chip size allows for 1.5A DC operation and supports pulsed currents of up to 5.0A.
