HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection System

TE Connectivity's (TE) HC-STAK 25 High-Voltage (HV) Interconnection System offers a safer, more reliable connection suitable for connector voltages up to 1000V_DC. This system is specifically designed to meet the increased connectivity requirements of HV interconnection requirements for electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid EVs (HEVs). The HC-STAK 25 series provides scalable, reliable high-power distribution to each aggregate throughout the vehicle's lifetime. The connectors include a double-ended fork terminal that provides a low contact resistance arrangement while meeting sealing, shielding, and touch-safe requirements in an ultra-compact package. TE HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection System provides the flexibility to interconnect with a wide range of conductor cross-sections, geometries, and materials. Applications include EV/HEV powertrains, HV battery and inverter systems, E-motors, and power distribution.
