SKY85309-11 WLAN Front-End Module

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY85309-11 WLAN Front-End Module (FEM) is a highly integrated, 2GHz FEM for high-power 802.11ac applications and systems. This FEM incorporates a 2GHz Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) Transmit/Receive (T/R) switch, a 2GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a 2GHz Power Amplifier (PA). The SKY85309-11 FEM ensures low leakage current through the LNA and PA disable functions. This FEM features an integrated power detector to provide closed-loop power control within the system.
