Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SMGJ80CA Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) is a diode with bi-directional high surge current capability. This TVS provides level 1 moisture sensitivity and low clamping voltage under surge and is ideal for automated placement. The MCC SMGJ80CA TVS operates from -55°C to +125°C junction temperature range, 90V to 110V breakdown voltage range (V_BR), and offers a 2500A peak pulse current (8/20μs).
