QPL9057 Flat Gain Amplifiers

Qorvo QPL9057 Flat Gain Amplifiers are designed to provide a flat 2.4dB gain over a wide bandwidth from 1.5GHz to 3.8GHz. These gain amplifiers provide 22.8dB gain, +32dBm OIP3 at a 50mA bias setting and 0.54dB noise figure. The QPL9057 gain amplifiers require five external components to operate from a single positive supply as they are internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process. The single positive supply includes an RF choke, blocking/bypass capacitors, and a bias resistor going to pin 1.

Drone Solutions

Qorvo Drone Solutions feature an extensive portfolio of RF components, power management, motor control, battery management, wireless connectivity, and force-sensor products. The advanced solutions include precise, real-time motor control to execute advanced algorithms. Sensorless control reduces the BOM and increases reliability, enabling precise, real-time motor control for higher efficiency and longer flight times. Accurate flight control prevents drone crashes by leveraging precise real-time 3D positioning and radar collision prevention. A long-range communication link between the drone and the controller, utilizing Qorvo GaAs LNAs and GaN PAs, extends the range. Low Noise Amplifiers

Qorvo Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) are high-linearity, ultra-low noise, 2-stage gain Block Amplifier Modules. These amplifiers offer an operation bandwidth of 0.45GHz to 3.8GHz. Qorovo LNA modules include bypass mode functionality integrated into the second stage of the module. At 1.95 GHz, the LNAs typically provide 37.5dB gain with an OIP3 of +35dBm in High Gain mode. These amplifiers also provide high performance in the Low Gain mode with 17.5dB gain and an OIP3 of +34dBm.The LNA modules use a high-performance E-pHEMT process. The E-pHEMT technology enables high gain, low noise, and wide dynamic range in high-linearity LNA applications. These amplifiers also contain an internal active bias to maintain high performance over temperature. These low noise amplifiers are packaged in a compact 16-pin 3.5mm x 3.5mm leadless SMT package, which is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
